The apartment prices (minimum occupancy 2 people) are per person per day including breakfast buffet and excluding local tax.

The rates for the Zirbelhütten are per day (for a maximum of 6 people), excluding the breakfast buffet, local tax, and final cleaning.

The local tax of €2.00 per person per day is charged separately (free for children up to 14 years of age).

Breakfast buffet daily from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. (also possible earlier on request).

Upon request, guests staying in the Zirbelhütten can also book the extensive breakfast buffet at Hotel Garni Kristall.
(Adults €16.00 per person/day, children up to 4 years free, children aged 5 to 10 €8.00 per person/day).

Upon request, we also offer a daily fresh bread roll service for guests staying in our apartments and the Zirbelhütte. Orders can be placed at reception by 6:00 p.m. the previous day, and the rolls can be picked up at reception in the morning.

Please understand that your room will not be ready until 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10 a.m. so that the next guests can move into the room on time. If you arrive after 6 p.m., please provide us with brief information.

We are at your disposal every day from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. If you have questions, we'll like to help you. We have brochures and information about the location, the surrounding area, etc. You can reach us by phone at extension 9.

Pets are allowed on request (€ 18.00 per day without food).

Deposit upon receipt of reservation confirmation. Final payment including all additional costs on site in cash or with EC card.
We kindly ask you to settle your bill by 8:00 p.m. on the evening before your departure.

Please understand that smoking is not permitted in our hotel and in the Zirbelhütten. If the Austrian non-smoking law is violated, we must charge costs for dry cleaning of the room.

• Up to 3 months before the start of the holiday – no cancellation fees
• For cancellations made up to one month before the start of the holiday, we charge 40% of the total price.
• From one month to one week prior to the start of the holiday, we charge 70% of the total price.
• In the event of cancellation one week or less before the start of the holiday, 90% of the cost will be charged.
