After an active day in the mountains, you can truly relax and unwind in the hotel's wellness area. Detoxify your body in the sauna (Finnish or bio-sauna) or the infrared cabin. The controlled heat from the infrared lamps warms the cabin to only about 50°C; however, the infrared rays penetrate up to 4 cm into the body, relaxing muscles, organs, and tissues. This stimulates blood circulation, boosts blood flow, strengthens the immune system, and alleviates pain associated with osteoarthritis, muscle tension, and joint disorders.
There is also a herbal steam bath, a relaxation room with a solarium (for an additional fee), and a small outdoor area with a magnificent view of the center of Kühtai.
The wellness area is open daily from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (admission for ages 16 and up).
